POCO F1 Starts Receiving MIUI 10.2.2.0 Global Stable Update, Brings new Camera Features

Pocophone F1 has started receiving the new MIUI 10.2.2.0 Global Stable update along with security patch for December month. As promised last week, the update also brings in features like slow-motion video recording at 960 fps and a new low-light mode which will be combining 8 photos with different exposure in one to give a proper image in a bad lighting condition. The update will be available for the users via OTA and weights 311 MB in size.

There are a few other features that have been promised which will be bought in the coming days. If you have not received the update and can’t wait for it to hit your smartphone, then you need to go to the setting of the device and then to the system updates section. Now check if there is an update available and before installing it you have to download the available update. Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi to save from data charges.

Do check if the device is having the minimum charge which is required for the update to be installed. The Poco F1 smartphone which was launched in August 2018 was one of the cheapest smartphones with some good specifications comes with an Octa-core Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with either 6GB of RAM or 8GB of RAM memory. Furthermore, it also supports 256GB of storage via microSD card using the secondary SIM slot.

It features a 12MP main rear facing camera along with a 5MP secondary camera which is capable of recording 2160 videos at 30 fps. On the front, we can find a 20MP selfie camera and has the features like face recognition, fingerprint sensor to enhance the security levels. There is a 4000mAh battery on the back that also supports fast battery charging technology. Have you received the update?
