Images and specs of Palm's new phone leak; device has small 3.3-inch display and tiny battery?

A couple of days ago, we passed along the exciting news that there was going to be a new Palm branded smartphone. A Palm Ventures Group device with the model number PVG100 was certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance and revealed that TCL, the current owner of the Palm name, was planning on bringing the brand back into the marketplace. Today, a new report posts a leaked image of the new phone, codenamed "Pepito," and reveals the underwhelming specs.
